High Street Retail Store Manager - Beaconsfield

Temptation Gifts has been on the High Street for over 40 years. We have seven stores in the Home Counties as well as a very strong online presence.

Our stores are bright, inviting and fun to visit - selling known brands like Jellycat, Yankee, Dunoon, East of India, Ted Baker, Wrendale etc as well as lots of lesser known companies that produce wonderful, innovative gifts.

We are seeking a motivated, experienced Retail Manager to join our Beaconsfield team. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales. If you have a passion for retail and possess strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you.

Good computer skills and good written and spoken English are essential.

Requirements

• At least two years recent retail management experience in a similar High Street environment
• Excellent merchandising skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

This is a permanent, full time position - working 5 days across a 7 day rota.

About you

• Do you have similar retail store management experience? (gifts, cards, fashion etc)
• Have you managed a team of up to 7 members of staff?
• Own transport would be ideal so you could train in the other stores.
