Christmas Delivery: the Small Print

Our domestic deliveries are handled by Royal Mail and courier partner FedEx. Although we will do everything we possibly can to ensure that your orders are dealt with as quickly as we have promised, sadly it remains possible that circumstances beyond our control could delay the arrival of your parcel. (If for instance there is an unexpected snowstorm on Wednesday 17th December, so severe that it prevents the Royal Mail collection trucks from getting to our distribution centre, then your parcel cannot leave us to get to you.) Obviously this is extremely unlikely but please rest assured that if your order does not arrive by Christmas Eve, and having then made alternative arrangements you no longer require your order when it arrives, you may return it to us free of charge for a full refund

Christmas Returns: the Small Print.

Don't worry about it! We will extend our normal 14 day notification period until Friday 2nd January for any Christmas presents, and unwanted gifts can be returned for a full refund. Please refer to the Returns Policysection of our Ts and Cs for further details.

Postcodes excluded from UK Next Day Courier delivery (Two Day Available)

Unfortunately, due to restrictions placed on us by our courier partners we are unable to offer a Next Working Day service to the postcodes listed in the table below.
For these postcodes we can offer FedEx two day delivery. Therefore last shipping time for Christmas delivery to these postcodes is 2pm Thursday 19th December

International Last Posting Dates

Please see below for our list of last recommended posting dates to international destinations. We do not take responsibility for parcels which do not arrive in the estimated arrival time including unforeseen delays such as flight and customs delays. We highly recommend you to order in advance of these deadlines.
