JELLYCAT SUPPLY to TEMPTATION GIFTS

It is with great sadness that we inform our customers that, after more than 25 years of working together, Jellycat have decided that Temptation will no longer be allowed to stock their products. They cited a “divergence of approach to retailing”, but after a quarter of a century of collaboration, and building Temptation into one of Jellycat’s most successful stockists worldwide, both on the High Street and online, we feel our customers would strongly disagree. Last year alone, over 300,000 of you chose to buy a Jellycat soft toy from Temptation.

Since 1999, we worked closely with Jellycat to present their premium soft toys professionally. We paid our bills early and carried an exceptionally wide range to meet growing demand as their brand developed a cult following. We asked Jellycat to reconsider their decision, but they have declined. While we accept that manufacturers can choose where their products are sold, we do feel unjustly treated.

Using our 40 years of experience in the gift industry, we have expanded our soft toy range with other outstanding brands including Aurora, Keel, TY, Squishmallows, Rainbow Designs, Living Nature and more — many of which existed long before Jellycat. We are genuinely sorry that we can no longer offer Jellycat products, but we hope you will continue to discover wonderful alternatives, at brilliant prices, on our website and in our stores.
