This pack contains four coasters which are stain and scuff resistant and have a sturdy, cork backing to make sure that they are non-slip as well as protecting your furniture from scratches. The coasters are made from wood and are heat resistant up to 100°C so they will protect your table or surface whilst looking amazing. This set of four coasters all feature wonderful wintery illustrations countryside animals including;
- A family of highland cows - the adult cow standing protectively over its two calves stood in a wintery forest surrounded by snow and bare trees. All the cows are covered in adorable, scruffy fur, with combinations of cream, orange and brown colourings.
- A trio of owls, perched on a branch with their young feathers fluffed up and their eyes bright with personality. The owls are set against a deep blue night’s sky and the crisp white of the snow-covered forest floor.
- A pair of adorable fox cubs napping on the crisp white snow. Their brilliant burnt orange fur stands out against the white and contrasts wonderfully with the deep blue night’s sky.
- A robin with a ruby red chest which has perched on the handle of a snow-covered gardener’s shovel, looking intrigued. The design is set against a backdrop of a snowy forest.
The designs have been beautifully designed by artist Hannah Dale and feature a pale grey border. Surrounding each image are speckles of black paint, in a way that is very synonymous with the Wrendale brand.

Wrendale Designs
The wonderful Wrendale Designs collection is inspired by the animal characters seen in the British countryside, farmyard and home, as well as more exotic creatures. Featuring original artwork produced by much-loved Lincolnshire artist Hannah Dale, each image is delicately painted with soft brushwork, subtle colours and her signature speckles of black paint.
Hannah is an ex-stockbroker turned farmer’s wife who, inspired by her rural married life in the English countryside, embraced her artistic roots and began painting the animals in the landscape around her. Since then Wrendale Designs has expanded into a family business and the collection has grown over the years, ranging from stationery to homeware, accessories to storage tins, clothing to ceramicware from British brand Portmeirion, all featuring artwork touched with the magic of Hannah’s watercolour brush.
