Lynsey Johnstone is a British based artist who has been passionate about art since a young age. Her work is influenced by the idyllic coastal and rural Scottish landscapes of Dumfries and Galloway, as well as the beauty and intense colours of flowers in her grandmother's garden. She discovered her ambition to make art a way of life after moving down to Devon in her later years. Working with acrylics, she uses colour and a ‘flicking paint’ technique to create the chaos of wild grass and flora - a picturesque pandemonium. Her work translates wonderfully onto a range of products from gin glasses to vases to wine glasses and more!
