Store Manager in the Henley Store

Position:         Store Manager

Hours:             Full time (5 days over a 7 day rota)

Location:        Henley-on-Thames (RG9)

Salary scale:   £ Competitive

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, motivational team manager to join our Henley store. She/ he will be a results driven, hands on manager who is organised and numerate with excellent time management skills.

Basic computer skills and good written & spoken English are essential.

The successful candidate must have

• at least two years’ experience in full time retail management
• retail experience in a similar environment (gifts/cards/fashion etc)
• excellent merchandising skills
• reliable transport  as will need to travel to other stores

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure that every customer receives excellent service
• To achieve weekly and monthly targets
• To train, motivate and manage all staff to achieve personal and store objectives
• To manage stock levels
• To control expenditure
• To carry out all administrative tasks

Hours and Details

This is a permanent, full time position. The store is open between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and between 10am and 5pm on Sundays. Extra hours may be required at seasonal times.
