Senior Sales Assistant in the Berkhamsted Store

Position:              Position -Senior Sales Assistant

Hours:                  Flexi time – 24 hours a week

Location:             Berkhamsted

Starting Pay:      £10.30 an hour

Key Responsibilities

• To operate as an effective sales assistant whilst offering excellent customer service
• To process transactions accurately and efficiently
• To control and display stock effectively
• To participate in team training
• To undertake some management responsibilities as and when required
• To be a key holder- available for call out

How To Succeed

• Do you live in or very near to Berkhamsted?
• Have you had at least two years’ experience in a fast-moving retail environment?
• Do you have some supervisory or hey holding experience?
• Do you have exceptionally high standards of customer service, a reliable and flexible attitude to teamwork, and a positive, enthusiastic approach to life?

Hours and Details

• This is a permanent, flexi time position.
• The hours are generally 24 each week with the flexibility to increase during seasonal times.
• Applicants must be available to do some full days (9am to 5.45pm) as well as half days.
• The hours will be across a 7-day rota so weekend working will be required.
