Either side of the jar is decorated with the Birds and the Bees design which depicts an inquisitive wren who has perched in the stem of a daffodil. The wren is intrigued by the bumblebee that is buzzing around beside it. The design is painted in the soft watercolour style of artist Hannah Dale, depicted with intricate detail and surrounding the illustration are speckles of black paint, in a way that is synonymous with the Wrendale brand.
Made from fine bone china, this jar is dishwasher and microwave safe, making it versatile enough for everyday use. This stylish jar has a handle on the lid and a silicone seal to ensure the contents stay fresh for as long as possible.

Wrendale Designs
This delightful range of stationery and accessories is inspired by the animal characters seen in the British countryside, farmyard and home, as well as more exotic creatures. Featuring original artwork produced by Hannah Dale, each image is delicately painted with soft brushwork, subtle colours and paint spatters. Hannah is an ex-stockbroker turned farmer’s wife who, inspired by her rural married life, embraced her artistic roots and began painting the animals in the landscape around her. Since then Wrendale Designs has expanded into a family business, producing a wide range of greetings cards, ceramic, melamine and textile items, all featuring artwork touched with the magic of Hannah’s watercolour brush.
