Christmas and New Year Opening Hours

Our website will stay open for business 24 hours a day every day of the holiday season! But we are going to be allowing our incredibly hardworking customer service, order-fulfilment and stock teams a few days off over Christmas and the New Year. Here are some details:

Please note our postage partners Royal Mail & FedEx are also closed for some of the holiday period including the bank holidays. Therefore please be aware that delivery times may be extended.

Friday 22nd December - Our Customer Service department will be open as usual between 9.00am and 5:00pm. Any Courier Delivery orders placed before 2pm will be despatched, with delivery estimated for Wednesday 27th December. Courier orders placed after 2pm will not be picked up until Wednesday 27th December and will likely be delivered on Thursday 28th December.

Saturday 23th December - Our Customer Service department will be open between 9.00am and 5:00pm.

Sunday 24th December - closed. No orders or customers queries will be processed on this day.

Monday 25th December - closed. No orders or customers queries will be processed on this day.

Tuesday 26th December - closed. No orders or customers queries will be processed on this day.

Wednesday 27th December - Our Customer Service department will be open as usual between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Orders will be processed as usual.

Thursday 28th December - Our Customer Service department will be open as usual between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Orders will be processed as usual.

Friday 29th December - Our Customer Service department will be open as usual between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Orders will be processed as usual. Any Courier Delivery orders placed before 2pm will be despatched, with delivery estimated for Tuesday 2nd January. Courier orders placed after 2pm will not be picked up until Tuesday 2nd January and will likely be delivered on Wednesday 3rd January

Sunday 31st December - closed. No orders or customers queries will be processed on this day.

Monday 1st January - closed. No orders or customers queries will be processed on this day.

Tuesday 2nd January - Normal service resumes. Orders will be dispatched as usual. Phonecalls and emails will be answered 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Saturday
