General Information

After placing an order with us, you will receive email notification to confirm that we have received your order details. This email will contain a unique order number, along with the details of the items purchased and the delivery information provided. If you notice any mistakes in the details included within this email or need to make any changes, please contact us immediately to let us know, and quote the order number that you have been given.

When your order has been picked and packed, you will receive a further email to confirm that your items are ready for dispatch.

Dispatch and delivery times are estimates only, but from our experience the vast majority of orders arrive well within these times. We will always notify customers if there are any circumstances that may affect these estimated times.

Delivery discounts, offers and restrictions

Delivery discounts, offers and restrictions may be applied to individual products or product ranges. Full details of any changes to our standard delivery terms will be included within individual product descriptions, or alongside the relevant product ranges.

Personalised Gifts

Orders containing items to be personalised may take longer to be delivered, and may be subject to further restrictions. Please check any information provided in the personalised product description carefully.

Orders containing products (excluding restrictions below) with a shopping cart value of £49.99 or more qualify for FREE Standard delivery, and discounted Premium and Courier delivery.

This offer is only available on orders being sent to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Some Personalised Gifts are excluded from this offer. We are unable to offer discounted delivery on orders containing these products, as they are dispatched from a separate location and incur additional postage charges.

Gift experience vouchers are excluded when calculating the shopping cart value. These items are supplied and dispatched separately with free delivery. Discounted delivery is offered as normal for orders containing £49.99 of non-voucher items.

Where items are excluded from discounted delivery, it is clearly indicated in product descriptions and within the checkout process.

Standard Delivery - £3.99 or FREE for orders over £49.99*

Orders placed using Standard Delivery to UK addresses are sent either using Royal Mail's '48' service or via a tracked courier service. You should expect your order to arrive at the designated delivery address within 2-5 working days of dispatch.

We aim to dispatch all Standard Delivery orders within 24 hours of being placed, but at particularly busy periods this may take up to 2 working days. You will receive an email confirming the order has been dispatched.

For your convenience, Standard Delivery does not require a signature on delivery. So if you're not in when the delivery arrives, if there is somewhere safe and discreet for the parcel to be left (for instance with the doorman of a block of flats, or within a covered porch with an unlocked door), the driver will leave it for you. If there is no appropriate location, the driver will leave a card or attempt to redeliver on a subsequent day.

Premium Delivery - £4.99 or just £1.00 for orders over £49.99*

Orders placed using Premium Delivery to UK addresses are sent either using Royal Mail's '24' service or via an overnight courier service. You should expect your order to arrive at the designated delivery address within 1-3 working days of dispatch.

We aim to dispatch all Premium Delivery orders the same working day, or failing that the following working day. You will receive an email confirming the order has been dispatched.

Courier Delivery (£6.99 or just £3.00 for orders over £49.99*)

All orders placed before 3pm, on a standard working day, will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day.
Orders placed after 3pm, or on a non-working day will be dispatched the following working day for delivery on the subsequent working day.

Our preferred courier partner is DPD.

Courier deliveries are usually made between 8am-6pm and require a signature confirming receipt of the goods.
But please be aware that during peak periods Courier orders may be delivered up to 8pm in the evening.

If you are not in when the courier attempts delivery they will leave a card for you to rearrange delivery.
When you place your order you can request that the parcel be left with a neighbour or in a safe and secure location by writing the relevant information in the 'Notes to Customer Service' section when selecting a delivery method.

By providing us with an email address and/or mobile phone number, this allows our courier partner to contact you directly with details relating to your delivery. This may include notifications on the progress of your delivery, estimated delivery times, and the option to make changes to your delivery. If you would prefer this information not to be shared, please let us know when placing your order.

Unfortunately, due to restrictions placed on us by our courier partners we are unable to offer a Next Working Day service to the postcodes listed in the table below.
