Joseph with MP3 Player
This teddy "Joseph" is based on the main character from the popular musical Joesph & his amazing technicolor dreamcoat. He is wearing a magnificent multi coloured cotton coat which is sewn into his chest and looks stunning against the ecru coloured mohair. Joseph bear is 5 way jointed and has flat soles which enable him to stand well. Inside he has a voice activated integrated music box, which means Joseph can show his musical talent by playing well known compositions from the musical. He is made from the finest mohair, stands at 30cm tall and is one of a limited edition of 2,008 peices worldwide.


Steiff
Steiff have been manufacturing bears and other collectable characters for over 125 years. All their cuddly companions are "made in Germany" in Steiff's own factory.
As with all those characters made in the early days, it is still the manual skills that make each Steiff product wonderfully unique.

Each Steiff bear is signified by a "Tag" in its left ear, and each of these tags has a meaning.
A Yellow Tag - identifies the bears which are produced in unlimited numbers
A White & Black Tag - identifies a limited edition bear which is a replica of one originally produced by Steiff many years ago.
A White & Red Tag - identifies a limited edition bear which will be produced as a special for the current year, or to commemorate an occasion.
