Weighing in at over 1.5kg, it's no small fish, and inside it contains everything from a world map to show where you lived and travelled, to diagrams of your body to illustrate any birthmarks or tattoos. Each year is split up into seasons with a double page spread devoted to each, and pages for additional highlights from the year and a placeholder for a photo along with your weight and height.
