Everyone knows a real life Mr Man or Little Miss!
A Mr Grumpy, a Little Miss Bossy, a Mr Noisy, or a Little Miss Helpful – there's always someone that reminds you of one of these wonderfully bright little characters.
Created by Roger Hargreaves to represent different human traits. The first ever story, Mr Tickle, came about when Roger's son, Adam (who later went on to write his own Mr Men stories), asked "What does a tickle look like?"

Over 35 years and 80 characters later, the Mr Men and Little Miss series of books have become one of the bestselling series of children books of all time. With nearly everyone able to find a Mr Man or Little Miss that reminds them of someone else, or even themselves!
