All About : Helter Skelter Drinks Chiller

The age old party problem of having enough cold drinks to last the night - do you get yourself an immense fridge or maybe fill your freezer entirely of ice cubes? The answer is neither! Who can afford a room-sized fridge or wants watered-down beer anyway?!

The absolutely ingenious solution is this Helter Skelter Drink Chiller. Stylish as well as practical, this beverage cooler is modelled on the spiralled funfair slide, and liquids poured into the top will corkscrew around its shiny chute. The key to its ability to produce perfectly refrigerated drinks lies in the fact that if the Helter Skelter is cooled beforehand, liquids that flow down it will rapidly reduce in temperature before cascading from its spout at the bottom.

To initially chill the Helter Skelter, you can either place it in the freezer (it takes about 45 mins to freeze completely) or you could simply place it on top of a bed of ice and it'll absorb the cold quickly because of the special metal alloy that it is made from. For extra-long sessions, fill up the base with water before freezing and you'll be left with a solid block of ice that'll keep this drink's slide cool for hours!

Deceivingly, due to its compact size, the metal slide is close to 1m in length, which is more than sufficient to allow liquids flowing down to cool to a nice chilly temperature. The novelty and efficiency of the setup will keep guests entertained and utterly refreshed!
