Lomond
The elegant simplicity of the Lomond shape, new for May 2010, becomes the canvas for some of the boldest patterns and brightest designs Dunoon have ever launched. As with the Glencoe or Jura shapes, Dunoon have once again chosen to name a range after a quiet Scottish idyll, this time drawing inspiration from the beautiful Scottish loch renowned for its "bonnie bonnie banks".

All Lomond shaped mugs are safe to wash in the dishwasher, (although we know many Dunoon fans and collectors would never countenance doing such a thing!) Many of the mugs in the range are decorated with gold leaf, and those mugs are not safe to put in the microwave, but all Lomond mugs without gold leaf are microwave safe. Made from fine bone china and with a capacity of 320ml, Lomond mugs are 7cm / 2.7 inches in diameter at the base, 9cm / 3.5 inches tall, and flare out smoothly to be 9cm / 3.5 inches in diameter edge to edge.
