Charlie is a smart looking bug. Its streamlined design makes it look like a blue scarab beetle and its translucent shell allows you to see its circuitry underneath.

Hexbugs Original

Hexbugs are robotic insectoids that move and react much like your standard household bug. Each tiddler is composed of a small section of clever circuitry board mounted on top of some motorized gadgetry and covered with a stylish bug-like shell. Just flick the switch at the back of the bug to get its little legs moving.

Hexbug Originals are both sound and touch sensitive - feelers attached to their heads help them to identify whenever they collide with objects and they have a small microphone on their rear end to detect loud noises. When either of these sensors is triggered, the Hexbug will quickly reverse, turn, and scurry off in a new direction! Just make sure you don't lose sight of them!
