Heating & Care Instructions

For Microwave Heating

Place the complete Hot Neck in the microwave (do not remove the inner cushion).
Heat for 2 minutes for 500w - 750w and for 1½ minutes in a 750w + oven.

For Electric Oven Heating

Wrap the complete Hot Neck in kitchen foil and heat in the oven at 175°c, 325°F for 10 minutes.
This Hot Neck is hand wash only and you must ensure you have removed the wheat bag before washing.
