These soft cosy Hot Sox are the perfect way to soothe your tired or chilled feet.
The may help improve circulation and ease arthritic pain, just heat them in the microvewave and then enjoy the warmth and comfort as they slowly release the natural power and aroma of these essential oils.
The Hot Sox are made from 100% cotton, are fully breathable and one size fits most feet.

Heating & Care Instructions

For Microwave Heating

Place both complete Hot Sox together in the microwave (do not remove the inner cushion).
Heat for 2½ minutes upto 500w oven, 2 minutes for 500w - 750w and for 1½ minutes in a 750w + oven.

For Electric Oven Heating

Wrap the complete Hot Sox in kitchen foil and heat in the oven at 175°c, 325°F for 10 - 12 minutes.
These Hot Sox are hand wash only and you must ensure you have removed the wheat bag before washing.
