These are ideal when it's cold outside. They may help with arthritic pain or aid poor circulation.
Just heat the hot hands in the microwave or oven and enjoy the warmth and comfort as they slowly release the natural
power and aroma of these pure essential oils.

Heating & Care Instructions

For Microwave Heating

Place the complete Hot Hand in the microwave (do not remove the inner cushion).
Heat for 1 minute in a 500 - 750w oven and for 30 seconds in a 750w + oven.

For Electric Oven Heating

Wrap the complete Hot Hand in kitchen foil and heat in the oven at 175°c, 325°F for 5 minutes.
These Hot Hands are hand wash only and you must ensure you have removed the wheat bag before washing.
