If you choose Standard Delivery (£3.99 or FREE for orders over £50) Having received a valid order, TemptationGifts.com will aim to dispatch your goods as soon as we can, but you should expect your order to arrive at the designated address within 5 days. Standard Delivery orders to UK mainland addresses are sent by either Royal Mail or using a courier company. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands and the Channel Islands must be shipped via Royal Mail. See below for a full list of postcodes exempt from using our courier service. Please allow upto 5 working daysn after dispatch for delivery to these addresses. For your convenience, Standard Delivery does not require a signature on delivery. So if you're not in when the delivery arrives, if there is somewhere safe and discreet for the parcel to be left, (for instance with the doorman of a block of flats, or within a covered porch with an unlocked door) the driver will leave it for you. If there is no appropriate location, the driver will leave a card or attempt to redeliver on a subsequent day. If you choose Premium Delivery (£4.99) Having received a valid order, TemptationGifts.com will aim to dispatch your goods within one working day. Orders received over the weekend (after 2pm on Friday) will be dispatched on a Monday. Premium Delivery orders to UK mainland addresses are sent by either First Class Royal Mail or using an overnight courier company. You should expect your order to arrive at the designated delivery address within 1- 3 days of dispatch. As with Standard Delivery, this service does not normally require a signature on delivery. If you are not in when the delivery arrives your parcel may be left in a safe location or redelivered at a later date. If you choose Next Day Delivery (£6.99) Orders sent via our Next Day Delivery service will always be despatched on the date of order and will arrive the next working day by courier. This applies to all orders placed by 4.00pm, Monday to Thursday. Any orders for Next Day Delivery placed after 4pm on a Thursday and upto 4pm on a Friday will be dispatch on Friday and delivered on Monday. Any orders for Next Day Delivery placed after 4pm on a Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. These parcels will require a signature on delivery. So if you're not in when the delivery arrives, the courier company will leave a card. You can then contact them to rearrange the delivery or to go to their nearest depot and collect the parcel yourself Please note this service is available to all mainland UK addresses excluding Scottish Highlands. For exempt postcodes see below. If you have ordered Next Day delivery but live in these locations, we will dispatch via Royal Mail and refund you the difference in postage charge. Overseas Delivery Having received a valid order, TemptationGifts.com will aim to despatch your goods the same working day, or failing that the following working day. Orders received over the weekend (after midday on Friday) will be dispatched on a Monday. All of these orders will be shipped with Royal Mail and their international partners, and you should receive them within approximately 2 weeks of placing your order. Again, we cannot guarantee the efficiency of all national and international postal services, but in general they prove reliable.
