Online Marketing Assistant
Location: Chesham, Bucks

Multi-national-award-winning gift chain Temptation Gifts Ltd runs two ecommerce businesses selling a combined total of over 5,000 products. Approximately 60% to 70% of these lines change annually as the buying team finds new and exciting gifts to add to the product line and older lines are discontinued. As the business is growing by 50% annually there is always more to do, so we are looking for a output-oriented, self-motivated individual to provide additional support to the online marketing team by working on product addition.
You will report to the On-site Marketing Co-ordinator and your responsibilities will include all aspects of the product addition process, from liaising with the warehouse team to source stock, to publishing your work online. Specific tasks will include:
- Product photography
- Image enhancement in Photoshop
- Product description - price, data and details
- Written marketing - writing appealing, SEO optimised copy to market the product
- Cross merchandising- upselling and cross-selling the product by ensuring that it is featured in the most appropriate online sections and that comparable or additional gifts are merchandised alongside the product
Ideal for a new graduate or as a second job, this role will require strong written English and excellent attention to detail. Experience in Photoshop to an intermediate level strongly preferred.

PPC Marketing and Analytics Executive

Multi-national-award-winning gift chain Temptation Gifts Ltd runs two ecommerce businesses with a combined PPC budget of six figures annually. We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, results-oriented executive with superb attention to detail and PPC account management experience to join us in a new role supporting the Search Marketing Manager.
Your responsibilities will cover both the creation and management of keywords budgets and campaigns, and the conversion analysis of the campaigns and the online pages and departments to which they point. Your single most important KPIs will be revenue generated, conversion rate and return on investment.
Training will be immediate and continuous in this people-oriented family firm, but you will be expected to hit the ground running and will need substantial experience of running large campaigns with large budgets.
The successful applicant will be well-educated with strong qualifications in mathematics, and will have at least two years' experience with PPC and be used to working with thousands of KWs across dozens of campaigns, spending over £1000 per week. They should be conversant with Google Adwords and Bing/Yahoo Alliance AdCenter and with the desktop PPC software including Adwords Editor and of coure Microsoft Excel.
Additionally in order to perform the vital Site Analytics element of the role, the successful applicant will be expert in the use of Google Analytics and be experienced in multivariant testing. In this role you will be helping advise the Online Marketing Team on which visual strategies have been most/least effective, so good communication skills are also important.
